GTA 6 Release Date Confirmed for November 19, 2026

Rockstar Games confirmed on November 6, 2025 that Grand Theft Auto VI will release on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The date marks a six-month delay from the previously announced May 26, 2026 window, and pushes the game roughly a year beyond its original 2025 target.

Rockstar paired the news with a rare apology: “We are sorry for adding additional time to what we realize has been a long wait, but these extra months will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish you have come to expect and deserve.”
